Copyright & Usage
All images, video, and floor plans are owned by Geramy Rapp Photography, who has the copyright of all media created. Clients are granted a limited-use license to market the property for the duration of the active listing or up to one year, whichever is less.
You may not: * Reuse media for another listing * Provide media to future agents, or third parties (other than for the CURRENT listing promotion). * Modify or resell the media
Unauthorized use violates U.S. Copyright Law (Title 17) and may result in legal action.
Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a $100 cancellation fee, plus any applicable travel costs. Geramy Rapp reserves the right to reduce/remove this fee at his discretion.
Turnaround
Media is, generally, delivered within 12-36 hours depending on the complexity of the project. Delivery times may be extended for weather delays, large properties, custom services, or unforseen circumstances.
Property Prep
The home must be clean, staged, and photo-ready at time of arrival. We do not clean, stage, or rearrange items. Homes will be shot "as-is". upon arrival. Properties not ready may be subject to rescheduling or additional fees.
**Property Condition & Hazard Policy**
To ensure the safety of myself and equipment, Geramy Rapp Photography reserves the right to charge a fee or cancel a shoot if the property is hazardous or unsanitary.
Conditions subject to extra fees or cancellation include, but are not limited to:
* Insect, flea, rodent, or bedbug infestations * Animal/human waste, strong odors, or unsanitary surfaces * Cluttered/hoarded environments * Visible mold or structural hazards
Fees: $75-$200 Hazardous Property Fee (based on severity, and at the discretion of Geramy Rapp Photography)
$100 Trip Fee if shoot is canceled on arrival (plus any travel fee incurred).
Please notify us ahead of time if a property may present a risk.
